Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BidZero. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using BidZero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

BidZero provides software that bids on Freelancer.com through your own connected account, according to the rules and mode you define. You are responsible for the rules you set, for using the Service within Freelancer.com’s Terms of Service, and for any bids placed under your account.

In Autonomous mode, or whenever you click Approve, BidZero places a real, irreversible bid you authorized.

• Comply with Freelancer.com’s Terms of Service for any account you connect.
• Provide your own valid AI provider key; your AI usage is billed by that provider.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Ensure you can deliver the work for any project you bid on and win.
• Use the Service only for lawful bidding activity.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. We charge a flat subscription and take no commission on the projects you win. AI costs are billed separately by your own provider under bring-your-own-key.

The Service is provided "as is." While we work hard to make the pipeline fast and reliable, we cannot guarantee that you will win any particular project or that any proposal will be accepted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidZero is not liable for bid outcomes, Freelancer.com or AI-provider downtime, or indirect damages.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings and retain access until the end of your paid period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
