Approve or reject a pending bid

In Approval mode, drafted bids land on the Bids page, tabbed Approval Pending / Submitted / All.

1. Open a pending bid to read the full proposal.
2. Click Approve to place a real bid on Freelancer, or Reject to discard it.

A manual bid you trigger from a project runs as a background job, it keeps generating even if you close the tab, and shows up here as pending approval.
