Filters and the score threshold

Two layers decide what gets bid on: prefilters and the AI score threshold.
Prefilters
- Target skills: the skills a project must match.
- Include / exclude keywords: keep or drop by wording.
- Project type & budget range: fixed vs hourly, and a min/max budget.
Score threshold
After AI scoring, any project below your minimum fit score is marked “below threshold” and skipped, logged with its reason, but never bid. Raise the threshold to bid less often but on stronger matches.
